At Tory Burcch, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read through the details of our shipping practices so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing
Every order is processed at our fulfillment center in Fremont, California. We require 1 to 2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in transit. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays in receiving these notifications.

Where We Ship
We currently serve customers throughout the United States. This includes the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam at this time. If you attempt to check out with an unsupported address, you will see an error message and your order will not be processed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement. Delivery timeframes are estimated as follows once your package leaves our facility:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5 to 8 business days depending on location.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are based on the typical performance of our shipping partners, which include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your parcel is selected by our operations team to achieve the most efficient delivery route on that day. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier at checkout.

Shipping Costs
There are no shipping charges, no handling fees, and no fuel surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for your order — shipping is completely free.

Tracking Your Shipment
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, usually within one hour of the label being generated. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates. Should the tracking status remain unchanged for more than 4 business days, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate.

Order Issues and Lost Packages
We take full responsibility for your order until it is marked as delivered. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then notify us within 5 days. We will initiate a carrier trace and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changes and Cancellations
Because we aim to ship as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made after an order is placed. Please double-check your address and items before submitting your order. Adverse Conditions
During peak holiday seasons, promotions, or extreme weather events, processing and delivery times may experience slight delays. We will post a notice on the website banner if we anticipate any significant disruption.
