Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have designed a straightforward return process that allows you to shop with confidence.

Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. The 30-day window is inclusive of weekends and holidays. If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, the return window for each item begins on that item’s individual delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with no visible signs of use;
  • Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact;
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.

Items that are returned due to a manufacturing defect or a quality issue will be processed as a priority. If you believe your item has a defect, please describe the issue clearly in your return request so our quality control team can review it. In such cases, we will always cover the return shipping cost, even beyond the standard free return policy.

Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates;
  • Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page and in your cart;
  • Products that have been altered, customized, or show clear evidence of misuse or intentional damage.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to info@toryburcch.it.com. Please include:

  • Your order number (found on the confirmation email or packing slip);
  • The name or SKU of the item(s) you wish to return;
  • A brief reason for the return (e.g., too large, not as expected, defective).

Our support team will respond within one business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid, trackable return shipping label for U.S. orders. Print the label, securely repackage the item with all components, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box or include it inside, and drop the package off at any location of the designated carrier.

Return Shipping Cost
We provide free returns for all eligible orders shipped within the United States. You will not be charged for return postage, and we do not assess any restocking or handling fees. Each order is entitled to one free return label; if you need to return items from the same order in separate shipments, please coordinate with our team first.

Refund Processing
Once your return package is received at our facility, it goes through a quality inspection that typically takes 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the inspection is complete. Approved refunds are then sent back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). It may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the approval email, we suggest first checking your bank account or contacting your card issuer. If the issue persists, email us and we will provide a refund transaction receipt that you can share with your bank.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the new item ships to you immediately rather than waiting for your return to be processed.
